And we at Te Kei’s Chinese Asian Kitchen make every

Utica in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It is locally created, locally
owned and locally operated by Todd Kramer, a Tulsa native.
Todd has worked with world renowned Asian food consultants
to develop a menu full of original
dishes that combine authentic Asian flavors in a bold, new
American way.
The local commitment of
the restaurant comes through in the fresh flavors of your
